# Restricted regions

> Where Lance isn't available.

Lance isn't available to persons who live in, are located in, or are organised under the laws of:

* the **United States**;
* the **United Kingdom**;
* the province of **Ontario** in Canada;
* any country or region under comprehensive sanctions, such as **Cuba**, **Iran**, **North Korea**, **Syria** and the **Crimea**, **Donetsk** and **Luhansk** regions of Ukraine.

Lance also isn't available to anyone named on a sanctions list kept by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States or India, or owned or controlled by someone who is.

If you're in one of these places, don't use Lance, and don't use a VPN or any other way to get around this.
