Lance isn’t available to persons who live in, are located in, or are organised under the laws of:
  • the United States;
  • the United Kingdom;
  • the province of Ontario in Canada;
  • any country or region under comprehensive sanctions, such as Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.
Lance also isn’t available to anyone named on a sanctions list kept by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States or India, or owned or controlled by someone who is. If you’re in one of these places, don’t use Lance, and don’t use a VPN or any other way to get around this. This list can change. Check this page and section 3 of the Terms of Service for the current list.
